We DO NOT ALLOW PETS of any kind.

 

Rental rates ARE NOT income-based.  We DO NOT participate in subsidized or Section 8 housing.

 

When an apartment becomes available, those on the waitlist will be contacted in the order in which their submission was received.   Names will be removed from the waiting list after six months. If you are still interested in an apartment when one becomes available, only then will a completed application & non-refundable application fee of $25.00 be required. The application fee is for the cost of a financial, criminal, and eviction background check.
